Casapinka is at it again. She is redesigning her Botanique Shawl and is re-releasing it on Feb. 19.
Botanique’s sections are inspired by something related to spring, from blooming trees, to spring rain. There are also dot stitches, lace, flowers, butterflies, thistle, lettuce and catnip, and tea. You will have so much fun with this! There are 15 sections plus borders on either end.
Please note that Botanique is an intermediate shawl pattern. It is a bit more complex than most of Casapinka’s patterns and requires some special stitches. This hoss of a shawl finished out at 92” long by 16” wide (29” wide on the diagonal). You can easily shorten the charts if you want a shorter shawl and half the two honeycomb sections. (The pattern calls for a US size 4 knitting needle.)
