This deep & moody aubergine yarn color is names after the Japanese Paradise Flycatcher, which is a medium-sized bird native to southeastern Asia. Males have extraordinarily long tails, while females are duller in appearance with much shorter tails. This purple yarn is so dark it tips to black.
