This tough yarn is a beautiful product that takes dye really well. It’s perfect for sweaters, shawls and absolutely incomparable for sock knitters. The long staple (the length of a lock of shorn wool) in the BFL wool creates a hard-wearing yarn that is resistant to pilling and makes it super strong. BFL also has better rebound/memory, so your socks, garment or shawl won’t stretch. Add 25% nylon to the mix, and your socks are going to wear for a long time!
