Dreamsicle Smoothie


Yarn dyeing takes energy! This is my second-favorite smoothie to keep the body going.

I have a Ninja Blender 1500W. I LOVE IT! I have been searching for the perfect smoothie recipe - one that tastes good and keeps me full. I usually make this after dinner and a hot day in the studio to cool things down. 

4 frozen clementines (I peel a batch of cuties/clementines and then freeze them whole)
1 individual container of OIKOS Triple Zero Vanilla yogurt
1 frozen banana
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 to 1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Powder
Splash of real vanilla extract WITHOUT SUGAR
OPTIONAL: Handful of unsalted almonds or cashews

Blend. Pause and push all ingredients to the bottom. Let blend until smooth. Pour into glass of choice and garnish with slivered almonds, hemp hearts and chia seeds.
