I have a Ninja Blender 1500W. I LOVE IT! I have been searching for the perfect smoothie recipe - one that tastes good and keeps me full. I've found the one that works for me. This is a large smoothie that I will drink in the morning that keeps me full until about 2 or 3 pm. It's cold, which is perfect for through the summer.
1 1/2 frozen banana
1 individual container of OIKOS Triple Zero Vanilla yogurt
1/4 c Teddy's All Natural Extra Crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c (or large handful) of organic baby spinach (you also can sub a baby kale & baby spinach mix)
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 to 1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 scoops Naked PB Protein Powder
OPTIONAL: 1/2 fresh avocado
Blend. Pause and push all ingredients to the bottom. Let blend until smooth. Pour into glass of choice and top with peanuts and chia seeds.
